During the research process, Director Huang and his team first listened to a report by CSLP founder Zhang Baoqiang regarding the operational model and development status of the smart lock sharing platform, particularly focusing on the implementation of primary responsibility for quality, establishment and improvement of the quality management system, and enhancement of quality control.

Director Huang highly recognized CSLP鈥檚 platform model that leverages industrial cluster advantages, aggregates resources, and promotes collaboration and sharing. He pointed out that lock-related products are critical for the personal and property safety of the public. Ensuring the safety and reliability of these products is of utmost importance in quality management, and product quality is the foundation for a company鈥檚 survival. Currently, the market demand for smart locks in China is high, with a broad market prospect, but numerous crises and hidden dangers also exist. The key to development is to improve product quality and service levels.

Subsequently, Director Huang and his team visited CSLP鈥檚 laboratory and testing center. They learned about CSLP鈥檚 quality management system, its three-tier safety risk monitoring and prevention system, as well as the product reliability validation system. They inquired in detail about testing equipment, testing items, testing processes, and inspector staffing. Upon discovering that all CSLP products must go through at least 81 validation testing units, with samples retained by batch and continuous regression tests conducted, Director Huang expressed strong approval.

During the discussions with accompanying leaders, Director Huang raised the point that enhancing quality management is a pressing issue needing resolution in the current domestic smart lock industry. Promoting enterprises to establish comprehensive experimental environments and testing systems is fundamental to improving quality. The government can guide investment in hardware for testing equipment and training for specialized testing personnel through various models, such as enterprise investment, policy subsidies, service purchases, and shared construction. He believes that in conjunction with the revision and formulation of national standards, increased industry regulation, and the leadership of benchmark enterprises, the smart lock industry will have broader development opportunities.

During his inspection of the final assembly workshop and the SMT workshop at CSLP, Director Huang carefully learned about the production process of smart locks, as well as the implementation and operational status of the company鈥檚 quality control system and the three-tier risk prevention system.

In conclusion, Director Huang and his team provided specific guidance and expressed earnest expectations for CSLP鈥檚 development. He hopes, on one hand, to accelerate the integrated application of cutting-edge technology and traditional industries, streamline the upstream and downstream industrial chain, and form resource aggregation advantages to collaboratively promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries. On the other hand, he emphasized the concept that 鈥渜uality development is the foundation of a strong nation, the cornerstone of business success, and the key to transformation.鈥 It is essential to leverage the initiative of enterprises, promote the spirit of craftsmanship, and significantly enhance product and service quality to drive the high-quality development of the smart lock industry.
