Bull Group Assists Manshen in Advancing Lean Production Transformation

From June 7 to June 12, 2021, with the guidance and support of four lean production management professionals from Bull Group, Manshen initiated a special five-day lean production improvement activity. The company selected over 30 participants from quality, production, planning, procurement, and warehouse management to join this improvement initiative, forming the first special task group for lean improvements鈥 the 鈥淏ull-Manshen Win-Win Team!鈥 They adopted a resonant slogan: 鈥淏ull and Manshen! Rise Together, Win Together!鈥

The instructors from Bull Group provided rigorous, detailed, and clear explanations of lean production principles along with practical case analyses. They conducted a comprehensive breakdown of the project establishment, standardized process introduction, step-by-step implementation, and control of key performance indicators. Through transitioning from theoretical explanations to factory practices, they helped participants enhance both their understanding of lean management concepts and their practical capabilities.

On the first day of theoretical training, everyone learned about management tools for problem analysis and resolution. On the second day, during the on-site training and communication in the workshop, the instructor diagnosed the on-site issues and answered employees鈥 questions, proposing improvement plans and producing a 鈥楽ite Diagnosis and Improvement Project鈥 report. From the third to the fifth day, all team members participated in the actual operations, recording changes in data daily and implementing improvement plans for each identified issue one by one.

During these five days, the Manshen team united in purpose, joining the lean improvement efforts with high enthusiasm and a strong sense of responsibility under the guidance of Bull instructors. They brainstormed collectively, contributing to laying a solid foundation for enhancing on-site management! On the final day of the improvement week, each special group reported to Bull Group and Manshen leadership on the goals achieved during the first week of lean production improvements, the target-oriented construction of lean standards, work performance, outcomes, and action plans for the following 30 days. Everyone expressed a determination to convert the management philosophy of lean production into concrete actions to guide production practices and strive tirelessly toward achieving the goal of automation in production as soon as possible.
