Accompanied by the abundant fruits of early autumn, CSLP has welcomed 20 new colleagues in 2020. On the afternoon of September 1st, the CSLP China Smart Lock Sharing Industry Platform held a welcome event at the CSLP Park with the theme “I Am Here, Unlocking the Future.”
At the welcome event, Zhang Baoqiang, the founder of CSLP, warmly welcomed the new colleagues. He also requested that all departments help the new colleagues quickly acclimate to the company, boost the morale of all colleagues, and inspire the new colleagues to integrate into the CSLP family, thus facilitating the smooth progress of various tasks.
Zhang emphasized three points to the entire CSLP team:
1.Facing the Unique Challenges of 2020: In this special year, he encouraged everyone to approach difficulties with caution and maintain their enthusiasm. He urged them to face their careers and enjoy life with a positive and optimistic attitude, continuously improving to achieve a sense of accomplishment and happiness.
2.Navigating the Competitive Smart Lock Industry: In the face of intense competition in the smart lock industry, he advised everyone to maintain their craftsmanship and focus on product quality. He emphasized the importance of improving core competencies in areas such as safety, quality, service, and integrity to achieve sustainable and healthy development. This will enable CSLP to evolve towards smart security and smart home solutions, ultimately building a comprehensive smart home IoT ecosystem.
3.Innovation and Team Spirit: He encouraged everyone to be innovative and challenge themselves, honing their professional skills and competitiveness through practice. He stressed the importance of teamwork, mentorship, mutual assistance, and shared responsibility to achieve personal and team success.
Zhang’s speech was inspiring and provided a clear direction for the company and its employees, greatly motivating the CSLP team.
At the event, the most prominent feature was the champagne tower placed in the center of the venue. The fragrant champagne, like a sweet dew from the heavens, symbolized the CSLP tree in the crystal-clear champagne glasses. The newly appointed directors of administration, human resources, supply chain, and production watered the CSLP tree with steady hands. Under Zhang’s leadership and the careful nurturing of all colleagues, CSLP is expected to grow robustly and thrive.
CSLP, the China Smart Lock Sharing Industry Platform, originated from Xiang Torch Security Technology Co., Ltd. and is wholly owned by Guangdong Mansheng Smart Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Xi’an Huijing Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. For 16 years, CSLP has been dedicated to the design, development, manufacturing, and application of smart locks, smart homes, and IoT technologies.
The 16-year journey of CSLP is like a thread, passing the torch and continuing forward. Chang Bu, the most senior member of CSLP, took the stage to share his 16-year experience of growing together with CSLP, facing challenges, sharing honors and hardships, and supporting each other.
A red silk thread ignited the emotions of the new colleagues at the event. Chang Bu solemnly connected the thread to the new colleagues from the administrative, human resources, research and development, supply chain, production, quality management, and marketing service systems. As a veteran of CSLP, Chang Bu expressed his recognition, praise, and expectations for the new colleagues:
