As the flying squirrel bids farewell to the old year, the golden ox cultivates a flourishing year. On January 31, 2021, CSLP, the China Smart Lock Sharing Industrial Platform, held an “Employee Recognition Conference” and “2021 New Year Carnival” in the park.
● Chairman’s Speech ●
At the opening of the “New Year Carnival,” Chairman Zhang Baoqiang delivered a New Year’s greeting. He expressed that in 2020, faced with various difficulties brought by the pandemic, all colleagues worked together, overcoming challenges, demonstrating invaluable responsibility and dedication, which resulted in the company achieving remarkable growth. Therefore, during this “New Year Carnival,” the company held an employee recognition conference, awarding honors such as “Outstanding Employee,” “Service Star,” “Best Contribution Award,” “Best Management Award,” and “Best Department Award” to outstanding employees and teams.
At the end of the recognition conference, Mr. Chang Xinsheng was awarded the prestigious “Meritorious Employee Award.” He has accompanied the company for 15 years, serving as a witness, participant, and contributor to Mansion’s development.

Next came the exciting game activity session, conducted in the form of team PK competitions. Different departments were mixed into ten groups to compete in five major game events. The mixed teams and PK format not only enhanced the interaction among colleagues but also significantly increased participation enthusiasm. Amid the laughter and joy, the excitement of the “Carnival” was ignited time and again.
