Recently, the Ministry of Public Security鈥檚 First Research Institute held the second industry standard training session regarding the new standards for the smart lock industry, officially implemented in April 2019: 鈥淓lectronic Anti-theft Locks鈥 (GA374-2019). Relevant personnel from CSLP (China Smart Lock Sharing Industry Platform) participated in this training and received honor certificates through assessments.
It was introduced that the previous version of 鈥淓lectronic Anti-theft Locks鈥 was GA374-2001. GA374-2019 serves as a replacement for GA374-2001 and has been revised based on the current state of industry development, as well as new technologies and processes that have emerged. The GA374-2019 standard made modifications to the basic safety requirements for lock functionality and mechanical safety, as well as basic performance requirements for electromagnetic compatibility and environmental adaptability. It aligns with the development trends of electronic anti-theft locks/smart door lock technology, focuses on industrial application needs, and introduces new content such as requirements for networked locks and digital/biometric keys. It serves as an important basis for guiding the design, manufacturing, inspection, and acceptance of smart lock products, and is currently the most comprehensive industry standard in the Chinese smart lock sector.
CSLP has always regarded the issue of 鈥渃reating a secure core鈥 as the foundation of its development. The platform places great emphasis on product quality and service standards, possessing a comprehensive quality management capability covering the entire closed loop from R&D to manufacturing, supply, delivery, and after-sales services. CSLP has won numerous prestigious certifications, including:
National Quality Leader in the Smart Lock Industry in 2018.
National Model Enterprise for Product and Service Quality Integrity in 2018.
CMMI Level 3 international authoritative certification in 2019.
CSLP has a complete set of automated testing equipment and a professional reliability verification system, along with a stringent quality management system and a three-tiered safety risk monitoring and prevention system. They have established an industry-leading standard laboratory and product testing center, capable of providing comprehensive testing for smart lock products, which currently covers 81 inspection units. The requirements for product safety run through the entire lifecycle of R&D, design, patents, material selection, and production.
As a leading enterprise in the smart lock industry, CSLP is committed to continuously developing safe and intelligent lock products while tirelessly working to advance the construction of smart lock safety cores. They aim to promote collective progress in product safety across the industry and continuously enhance product quality. CSLP also hopes to drive the standardization and industrial upgrading of the entire smart lock industry through its efforts, providing users with safer and more reliable smart lock products.
