On October 14th, the CSLP China Smart Lock Sharing Industry Platform and Xiaolan College of Zhongshan Vocational College held a grand ceremony for the establishment of their school-enterprise cooperation platform in the CSLP park.
Over the past forty years of reform and opening up, China has gradually built the world鈥檚 largest modern vocational education system. Vocational education in Zhongshan is focused on building a structure centered around the city鈥檚 manufacturing industry, with three strategic emerging industries鈥攁dvanced equipment manufacturing, AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things) information technology, and health pharmaceuticals鈥攍eading the way, and supported by service and industries.
Since its establishment, CSLP has been dedicated to supporting the development of vocational education in Zhongshan. It hopes that vocational colleges will train talents based on the specific needs of enterprises on the production frontline, accurately align with the demands of regional economic and industrial development, innovate talent cultivation models, and implement work-oriented skill training methods to improve the quality of talent cultivation. It also hopes that students can break through the limitations of 鈥渆mployment-oriented鈥 approaches, finding career paths that satisfy their lifelong development while also considering employment and service to the regional economy.
Mr. Liang, the Director of Xiaolan College, extended heartfelt congratulations on the establishment of the school-enterprise cooperation platform and expressed sincere gratitude for CSLP鈥檚 support and attention. Xiaolan College will work to improve its intelligent manufacturing talent cultivation system to provide strong talent support for the sustainable development of the regional smart lock industry. It also hopes to deepen cooperation with CSLP in various fields, including smart lock manufacturing and AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things) applications. The CSLP China Smart Lock Sharing Industry Platform will become a major training ground for internships and practical training for students and teachers from Xiaolan College, serving as an excellent model of a school-enterprise integrated training base.
